WORKOUT
Bench Press
4 sets: 10 reps + 2 dropsets

Incline Bench Press
3 sets: 10 reps + paused rep set

Dumbbell Flyes
3 sets – 15 reps

Chest Press
4 sets: 8 reps regular + 8 reps hammer grip

Bodyweight Dips until failure: 3 sets

V-bar Tricep Pushdown
4 sets – 20 reps

Rope Pushdown + Overhead extension
3 sets: 8 + 8 reps
