Holy Chicken Nuggets

 

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams Oat Bran
  • 25 grams Almond Mealchicken-nuggets1
  • (I put my oatmeal in a blender and blend same with almonds for almond meal)
  • 25 grams Flax Seed
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 Chipotle Chile Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Celery Seed
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 cup water

 

Directions:

  1. Pre heat over to 400degrees
  2. Cut chicken into nugget size pieces
  3. Mix dry ingredients in bowl (this will be your coating)
  4. Mix egg & water in separate bowl
  5. Dip chicken in liquid mixture and then into coating mixture. Making sure each piece is well coated
  6. Spray baking sheet with coconut oil, Place on balking sheet and bake approximately 20-25 mins
  7. Bon Apettit!
