Powerful Pancakes #2

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup oatsimages (3)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 packets artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 cup fruit (ie banana, blueberries) (optional)
  • cooking spray

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (except cooking spray).
  2. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Pour half of batter in a pan coated with cooking spray turn when brown.

Prep Time:  5 Minutes
Cook Time:  5 Minutes
Ready In: 10 Minutes
