WORKOUT
Unilateral lying leg curl
4 sets – 10-12 reps each leg

Lying leg curl
4 sets – 10-12 reps

Vertical leg press (smith machine)
5 sets – 10-12 reps
*last set unilateral reps

Narrow leg press + resistance bands
5 sets – 12 reps

Narrow back squats (heel elevated)
4 sets – 10-12 reps

Uni-lateral seated calf raise
3 sets – 15 reps each leg
